You can help get your favorite bands names out there the old school way. Use your local printer to print out show flyers. Hand them to your like minded friends, post them around town. Message your favorite bands for free stickers to post around your town. Call your local radio stations and ask them to play your favorite underground bands. When they say they've never heard of them before share the bands of your choosing with a valor of confidence knowing that your contribution to the band genuinely helps. Talk about upcoming tour dates of your favorite bands with your friends, and most importantly of all, look up the bands lyrics, so when you do get a chance to listen to the song online or live you can sing along and broaden the experience in a positive way for everyone.
